This is the Weather4cast 2023 Transfer Learning Competition focussing on the first 4 hours. We score a mix of spatial, temporal, and combined transfer learning.

Transfer Learning Competition: 4h prediction on 7 previously seen regions for an unseen year, for 3 previously unseen regions over 2 years, and for an unseen year.
