We are delighted to inform you that the leaderboard for the Weather4cast CORE competition is now active!
This leaderboard evaluates the submissions for the Weather4cast Core competition, focusing on predicting the amount of rain 8 hours into the future for so-called “known regions”: boxi_0015, boxi_0034, boxi_0076, roxi_0004, roxi_0005, roxi_0006, roxi_0007, covering the years 2019 and 2020. You can find the link to the submissions on the “challenge” web page. Please keep in mind that your submission .zip file needs to follow a defined format and concurrent submissions are limited to 3 per user. You can upload additional submissions after deleting one of your earlier submissions.
We will soon provide additional details about the metric used an some helper scripts that will help you create the submission zip file. However, you are already encouraged to submit your initial predictions and assess the performance of your models!
